It's really hard to be an admin for Microsoft cloud products these days. Microsoft providing that - so now apparently you can use 3rd party integration). (Though, some 3rd party vendors have rebuilt their product to do the heavy-lifting of integration with Teams vs. The bigger deal was Microsoft's killing off the ability for 3rd party Audio Conferencing providers to integrate with Teams - essentially forcing you to pay for/use Microsoft Audio Conferencing. The SfB > Teams migration part is pretty straightforward, though (especially if you aren't using it for Voice/Audio). It's too wonky and introduced too many complexities to the SharePoint part of the project. I had been working on a Teams implementation plan over the summer (along w/ a Microsoft SharePoint Server 2016 on-prem to online migration), but have since abandoned the Teams aspect. Existing tenants getting phased to Teams in 2019. No new Office 365 Tenants get SfB - they go right to Teams. Yes, Skype For Business is being replaced by Microsoft Teams.
